Engelsma Construction will be providing Construction Management services for the Vadnais Heights Sports Complex, located on Hwy 61 and CR E. This project includes an 85,000 SF arena with two ice rinks, a 100,000 SF domed field house, and future pad-ready sites for commercial buildings.

Engelsma Construction has been selected as the general contractor for the Many Rivers East Community Room Conversion project in Minneapolis. Upon completion, this renovation will create new housing opportunities within the existing AICDC owned 50-unit apartment complex which was originally built in 2002.
January 2010
Engelsma Construction was recently awarded a contract from longstanding client The Rydell Group for a renovation project at Mankato Motors. The project includes both interior and exterior renovations at their Mankato facility. Construction is expected to be completed by Spring 2010.
