City of St. Louis Park officials and representatives from Greco Development, PRN Capital, Ebenezer Management Services, Kaas Wilson Architects and Engelsma Construction gathered on August 22, 2011 for the groundbreaking of the new senior living building at 3601 Wooddale Avenue. The 5-story building that will offer 115 apartments consisting of independent living, assisted living, memory care and care suites, along with first floor retail space. Set to open in Fall 2012, Wooddale Pointe is being developed by Greco Development, constructed by Engelsma Construction, and will be managed by Ebenezer Management Services.

The groundbreaking event for the new Lehman's Garage took place on June 21st, and construction is now underway. The new one-story, 19,200 SF Auto Body Repair and Service Facility is slated to open November 1, 2011.
